Pretty straight forward and no chance of a circular:

This was mine and Sonia's second attempt at this hills; the first being in March when we turned back due to high winds (after a healthy debate as to what 'safe' conditions actually were). And so today was more finishing off the Glen rather than a fresh hike, and it felt like it. However, this trip was notable as it was our very first use of an over-boot bike rack, which we had only bought the previous evening!! Our checks and double checks actually added a lot of time, but I'm sure we'll get better at it!

Anyway, we set off again from the car park in Old Blair, this time making much better progress along the flat to the start of the mountain itself. Obviously, we then got to walking. And that's about it! Carn a' Chlamain is a straight-forward walk and there's not much advice to give, and we had no scares or anything to report! I would however recommend biking in this area, with or without the Munros as Glen Tilt is gorgeous, especially when the sun makes a show as it did on this day.
